Do I need to be present for cleaning services?
Nope! We can work with or without our clients present.
Can I set up automatic payments?
Yes! We require a credit card on file for all clients, with the option to charge automatically after each service. You can also manually pay online via our booking suite.
Can my pets be out?
Absolutely! As long as the animals are people-friendly, we're good with them free-roaming!
What happens if I need to cancel?
We will never charge a cancellation fee, so long as the appointment is cancelled within our 48 hour window. After this period, a fee of $25 will be charged to the card on file.
Do I need to provide the cleaning supplies?
Nope! We will provide all products and supplies, the only thing we do not provide is a toilet brush for sanitary purposes.
Can I add on extra tasks?
We offer a few extras, such as general organization and carpet steam cleaning, but those are the only add-ons we currently offer.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for service?
All we ask is that personal belongings, such as clothing, shoes, dishes, and any other stray items are picked up before arrival so we can focus on cleaning quickly and efficiently.
Can I book on the weekend?
We are currently closed on weekends, working week days only.
